at the growing boundaries of the church in order to make faith more relevant and to transform society
towards greater justice and mercy. The student body represents more than 40 different faith traditions,
perspectives, and denominations.

The Seminary seeks to hire an Assistant Registrar in the Office of the Academic Dean. This is a parttime position requiring 20 hours a week with flexible days and times. The Assistant Registrar will report to the Registrar. The principal responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance of student records and with course registration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Registrar with course registration
• Answer day-to-day inquiries via email and phone
• Complete verification of enrollment requests
• Complete Veterans Administration enrollment
• Process CPE records and invoice requests
• Assist with Commencement needs
• Support PhD and DMin Program Coordination
• Maintain student and alumni/ae records
• Maintain updates to the course catalog
• Maintain records portion of student portal for students and faculty
• Communicate with students regarding Assessment and Exams
• Other duties as needed

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Two to three years of administrative experience in higher education preferred
• Master’s degree in theological education preferred
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and mediatory style
• Ability to work independently within the framework of institutional policies and established
protocols
• Highly organized professional manner and work methods
• Experience with online learning desirable, willingness to engage distance education required
