Community Church of Barrington is associated with the American Baptist Churches USA. As an autonomous Christian organization of baptized believers, we live our values. We reach out to our community based on our understanding of Scripture. We believe in the authority of Scripture, salvation by grace, the lordship of Christ, freedom of worship and religious liberty, and the priesthood of all believers. We seek to live lives that honor the teachings of Jesus. Pre-Covid, our Sunday worship averaged 72 people per Sunday. On a typical Sunday we would welcome 4-6 children and the same number of preteens and teens. We are sure the pandemic will have an impact as we slowly return to worship.
