Self-Care Through Social Distancing and Anxious Times

As we isolate to protect ourselves and our communities, how are you all coping and getting through? Please share your creative strategies for hope, peace, comfort, mental health, and joy. This is NOT the place for COVID-related information or warnings, but hopefully an antidote for worry and a balm for fear. Let’s share beauty and (non-medical) humor, inspiration (respecting diverse religious/spiritual orientations and those who adhere to none) and practices for getting through.

Invite your friends. Let’s love each other through this. I need y’all.
