Job Description
The Executive Director of the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches (NACCC) is a leadership role responsible for guiding the Association and its affiliated Congregational Foundation toward achieving its mission and strategic goals. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational management, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively advance the mission of the NACCC and strengthen its impact within the Congregational Christian community.
The Executive Director will craft and execute a strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, elected leaders, and member churches while providing essential support and resources to deliver impactful assistance to staff, boards, councils, committees, member churches, and clergy. They will develop key relationships with donors and partners and oversee the fiscal health of the Association and Foundation.
